Pressure Washing- Having a surface that is properly prepped for exterior painting will make all the difference in a quality outcome and long last results. It can be the difference of 10+ years in the paints longevity. When making a large investment in your home’s exterior paint this is an important step to not overlook. We use a professional home pressure washing company to properly clean the painting surface prior to painting. This ensures the best adhesion and longest lasting results.

Cleanliness- Before we show up to an exterior painting job we will talk with you about any items that may need to be moved, or any trees and shrubs that might need to be trimmed. Once we arrive we will take the time to cover any and all items that might otherwise experience some overspray.

Prep- Taking the time to thoroughly mask and cover surfaces is necessary to ensure overspray does not land on unintended surfaces or items. As part of this process we also cover items outside such as fences, patio furniture, decorations and anything else that could be impacted by overspray. We will identify any rough areas and work to sand or caulk as necessary to ensure the best adhesion and finish.

Paint- With surfaces cleaned and prepped we will begin spraying the exterior. We typically apply two coats to ensure a strong bond and the best finish. After spraying the body of the home we will unmask everything, clean up, and begin to apply the trim paint. After all the trim is complete we will clean up our job site and do a final walk through with out client to ensure that the end result is satisfactory.
